1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Safari digital menu and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our digital services.
2. Alcohol Service Policy
In compliance with Nigerian law, Safari only serves alcoholic beverages (Cocktails, Beers, RTDs) to individuals aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery or table service.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on the digital menu are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successful. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on seasonal availability (e.g., Avocado, Fresh Seafood).
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: Because our meals are prepared fresh, orders cannot be cancelled once the kitchen has started preparation.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued if an item is unavailable or if there is a verified error in your order. Approved refunds will be processed via Paystack within 5-7 business days.
5. Delivery & Table Service
For QR-code orders at the lounge, please ensure your table number is entered correctly. Safari is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect table information provided by the user.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including the "Safari" brand name, logo, and custom menu descriptions, is the exclusive property of Fastrive Studio and Safari Restaurant.
